What you need
to know before we start.

What We Deliver

One & Done: One custom playlist of 140 songs (~7 hours of music), built specifically for your business and delivered via Spotify within 5 business days of receiving your completed Music Survey.

The Vibe: Four custom playlists totaling 400 songs (~20+ hours of music), covering morning, afternoon, evening, and late night. Delivered via Spotify within 7 business days of receiving your completed Music Survey.

Music Survey Required

Your playlist cannot be built without the Music Survey. After payment, you will receive a link to complete it. Work begins only after the survey is submitted. If the survey is not completed within 14 days of purchase, your order will be placed on hold until it is received.

Revisions

One & Done: You have 7 days from delivery to request changes. After 7 days, the playlist is yours as delivered — no further revisions are included.

The Vibe: You have 48 hours per playlist from the time each playlist is delivered to request changes. After 48 hours, that playlist is considered approved.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds are issued once the playlist has been delivered. If you are unsatisfied with your playlist and have submitted change requests within the revision window, we will work with you until the playlist meets your needs. We stand behind our work.

Usage Rights

Your playlist is licensed for use within your business only. You may not resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of the curation itself. The playlist lives in your Spotify account and is yours to use for your business as long as your Spotify account remains active.
